Qualification
NBA's Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Payroll National Salary Survey is not
a scientific survey. A representative sample of bookkeepers, accountants,
and payroll specialists are invited to participate in the Survey via press
releases, email, direct mail, and telephone.
Press releases are sent to local media; email is sent to NBA state association's
collective email database, direct mail is sent to over 10,000 small businesses,
and we called 500 small businesses. Thus, the Survey includes a comprehensive
representation of bookkeepers, accountants, and payroll specialists.
The 2007 Survey includes the following number of responses based on NBA
