You can attend NBA's Member Benefits Orientation at anytime and from anywhere using any Internet connected computer. You just download the free Player and click the Orientation link. To view the Orientation, follow the instructions below.

NBA's Member Benefits Orientation

IMPORTANT: You should have a high speed Internet connected computer to view NBA's streaming Advanced Recording Format (.arf) training files and must have a sound card and speakers to hear the training.

Playback Instructions

1. For best viewing, please close any applications.

2. NBA uses WebEx Network-Based Recorder to record our training files. To playback the training, you must download the WebEx Network Recording Player for Windows or Mac. To download the Player, click one of the following links or copy and paste it to the Address bar of your Internet browser:

3. Once you have installed the Player, click the link below or copy and paste it to the Address bar of your Internet browser.

4. Use the Player's Pause/Play, Stop, and Volume button controls located at the bottom, left-hand corner of your screen to pause, play, stop, or adjust the volume.
